This is because of constantly fluctuating gas prices, the difference between pricing on the weekends and weekdays, and because of the endless options when it comes to your customized party bus experience with us. We have an entire fleet of buses to choose from, and many specialized packages (especially our renowned wedding packages!) that really give you so many options and so many different pricing structures. The easiest way to figure out your budget is to just give us a call and discuss your needs.

What we can tell you is that you'll be able to save yourself some money if you're able to book your event on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Those are our least expensive days of the week. Saturdays are our most expensive, and Friday and Sunday fall somewhere in between. It's not such a substantial difference that you should go out of your way to switch events to weekdays, but if you are looking to save a few bucks, that's a good way to do it! We understand that in today's changing economic times, our customers are very budget-conscious. And we respect that.

In general we do not charge additional fees for anything except trips that are more than 50 miles outside of New Orleans. In that case, your trip may be subject to a service charge. Give us a call to find out if that's the case. You'll be happy to know that we do not charge extra if you decide to keep the bus longer than you expected. We just continue to charge you at the same rate that we already agreed to.

Those hourly rates are calculated in fifteen-minute increments, so you never pay for more time than you use. We're open all year round too, every day of the week, and every hour of the day. So there are no limits to the times that you can make use of our services. While other party bus companies sleep, we're up working hard for you.
